The Rate Card is very important for the company, as it shows and explains the services that provides and their prices. Although, the rate card is sometimes very boring and ugly to read, since the intention is to show technical stuff, it's relevant to highlight the tools as its best. This is the reason why a good layout and a nice design help people to get the information clearly in a very good look. Yet, this helps the company to have a better approach with new customers.
Il manuale dei prodotti è molto importante per un'azienda, anche se spesso non se ne dà molta importanza. Esso è uno strumento fondamentale in quanto mostra e spiega i servizi che l'azienda propone e i suoi relativi prezzi. Sebbene spesso il manuale sia molto noioso e non elegante da vedere, dato che le intenzioni sono principalmente quelle di mostrare prodotti tecnici, è importante evidenziarli nel miglior modo possibile. Un buon design grafico, infatti, aiuta i clienti a dare le informazioni nel modo più chiaro possibile. Inoltre, tramite il design il cliente ha un'anteprima di come un'azienda si approccia ai nuovi clienti.
